  Both sets of earrings were "lost in the post" !! by royal mail. An empty, ripped jiffy bag delivered sealed in a Royal Mail plastic bag telling me apologies and to contact them to claim. Just dreadful. Seller provided a refund on being asked via the eBay process. I did communicate successfully on this matter with the seller. The loss certainly wasn't the fault of the seller. I would use this seller again now I understand the combined postage which wasn't initially clear to me.

  A lovely little silver padlock charm. An auction win, YAY! Very happy with it and Seller. Postage cost affordable unlike America. Postage time are a little faster than USA too.   Lovely ring in new condition as described. Fast delivery. Well packaged. I had a slight problem and contacted seller and she responded right away and sorted it out so she gives an excellent service.

  Great seller communication. Item as described, I think the enamel damage adds to the design so I’m very happy with it. The packaging with thank you sticker was a very nice touch too. It was posted quickly, great value and I’d definitely buy again from this seller.

  Seller Posted 10th April but due to the royal mail kept it until 22nd April when it was delivered. Packed well, as described and good value. Nice deep purple with the amethyst and nice simple style.
