    It says in item description it’s 5 ft rake, new. After receiving the item the shipping box was busted open front, back, sides & both ends. “ it wasn’t sellers fault; it was shipped through California during their rioting mayhem” I thought there’s noway my items in that. After reading instructions, assembled the item & was missing 1 tooth so I contacted seller. They quickly responded to make things right. The item was new, it’s not 5ft as described “ it’s 4’2” actually. I’m satisfied with product

    The quality was good. The condition was new. The value is the same as OEM. It looked just like the part we replaced. I received super fast shipping. The seller is great and has awesome customer service. I had an issue with the part and they were quick to assist me and even refunded me some of my money for my troubles (even though i expressed that it was not necessary). They wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

    Exactly what I needed and exactly what was advertised. Came quickly. The packaging could have been better, as it was just in two plastic bags and could have been damaged, but fortunately it was not. Overall, happy with the purchase and the price.

    The rear seat arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected in terms of design and fit. It did have a couple of minor blemishes, but when I contacted the seller, they were very responsive and easy to work with. They quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
