  The cat tent arrived broken with rips and holes. The "waterproof" tent ..I was given option to pay out of my own money to return it. On the last day to return it i was told i can no longer return it by ebay! It would of already been a hassle for me to return but the seller ignored me and my requests to have a refund or at least most of my money back and not make me have to go out of my way as a disabled person with no car. I got no understanding or apology and still need my money back.

  i did not ignore you i was on holiday and my shop was in holiday mode you would have received an automated email stating this. thus not giving me time to resolve before you escalated it to ebay before my return. you had the chance to return it ebay would have provided you a label at my expense not your own but you didnt return.
