  This beautiful item was well packed and arrived in good time to me here in Australia. The description was incorrect however. It stated there is no damage to the item but there is a noticeable chip on one of the butterfly wings. It was an important gift and I would not have purchased it and paid so much for postage if I’d known this. This chipped section is shown in the photos but it is not clear to see, and as the description says it is not damaged, this is what I believed.

  Shipping took a long time and cost was on the high side. Packaging was secure. The bunny on the photos looks like there were no marks on it but there was a dark mark on the enamel. There was nothing said about this and the photos taken are in poor lighting so unable to see this flaw on the bunny. Wish seller would have been honest and had pointed it out.

  Charged $93.40 shipping but postage was $69.05. Refused refund of the difference. Does not use eBay’s calculated rates, instead charges inflated retail USPS prices — unethical and feels like extortion. Box was cheap and arrived crushed. Very disappointing shipping practices.
