  arrived as described but packed in plastic bubble wrap and bag so end's of magazine bent over should have been packaged in hard cardboard card these are for a collector of Queen memorabilia so a little upset

  We send thousands of magazines around the world with no problems and it is clear from the photos in this case that the items were not damaged, so packaging was clearly sufficient for this UK order. As a gesture of goodwill, the option of a return was offered but declined. For the record, folding the ends of this magazine's envelope packaging actually makes things sturdier as the empty ends are otherwise prone to tearing. Also, 3 magazines do tend to support themselves without the need for card.

  I rate the item quality positively as when it finally arrived it was in good condition and as expected. The late arrival may have been out of their hands, however there was no information from eBay or the Royal Mail as to whether this item had even been shipped or was in the process of being sent. I was given a tracker number which didn't work and I was also unable to contact the seller, and without these two options I was in the dark. Not a great experience.

  As explained, the package was marked as dispatched and sent using a tracked service which only updates at the point of delivery. The customer could not accept that there was no in-progress information. The package was one day later than estimated when the customer initially contacted us - making numerous allegations about dishonesty, when it was actually a delay at their local delivery office. An equally unpleasant experience for us due to the buyer allowing impatience to evolve into paranoia.

  It arrived in my mailbox on Friday, June 20. Despite not receiving notifications through eBay, it arrived in a timely matter which was highly appreciated. It was packaged with care and it arrived as advertised in great condition.

  Unfortunately there have been issues with international tracking numbers being automatically added to ebay from our Royal Mail account recently. Due to the volume of orders we receive, it is impractical for us to add them manually but we will always do so in the event of a problem. However, I am pleased to hear that the package arrived without any problems.

  Fast shipping from the UK to Canada, wow! This arrived quicker than some things that are shipped to me within Canada haha. Packaging was great, nicely wrapped in bubble for extra protection.
