Chi siamo

PPE Work Wear Direct è un nome commerciale per Southern Sales Ltd. Siamo un'azienda a conduzione familiare. Abbiamo iniziato a vendere guanti su eBay e abbiamo visto che c'era un mercato là fuori per DPI e abbigliamento da lavoro.
Abbiamo quindi aperto un negozio eBay che vende tutti i tipi di DPI in tutto il Regno Unito. Questo si è rivelato un grande successo con clienti soddisfatti provenienti da tutto il paese. L'attività stava crescendo rapidamente, quindi era tempo di passare alla fase successiva.
Abbiamo aperto uno sportello commerciale nel luglio 2016 per dare alla popolazione locale la possibilità di risparmiare su tutti i tipi di abbigliamento da lavoro e DPI.

    Brand New Waterproof Coat was dispatched quickly and in manufacturer's packaging: PERFECT. The seller communicated very well when asked about different sizes and returns. The size was too small, the seller explained the returns procedure clearly and with helpful messages. The eBay refund process was straightforward and good. The Waterproof Coat has been re-ordered in a larger size as it is a good product.

    Item as described. Dispatched four days after due delivery date with no communication from seller until item was dispatched. Delivered the day after dispatch and the tracking number being provided, so not the couriers fault. I can only presume there must have been a problem with the order somewhere down the line, it would have been nice to have been kept informed if this was the case. I left positive feedback as the price was good and I got the item very quickly once it was dispatched!
