Ultimately the firm refunded me the £5. Frustrating, inconvenient and somewhat disappointing. Nevertheless the communication was good and the product as described.

The delivery company left it hanging out of my letter box and it was stolen. Communication with the seller was top notch.they provided proof of delivery so I asked advise on how to claim against the delivery company and as a make of good faith powertoolcentre sent a replacement free of charge. I wasn't expecting that as it was not their fault. I express my gratitude enough. Thank you Sam for your kindness
