    They are new and I got exactly what I ordered. They are made well. They price was affordable. I only gave 3 stars on the delivery due to the fact it took over 2 weeks to get them. I think it was due to lost in shipping but after contacting them, they quickly resent the order. The package was open when received but everything was there.

    Good transaction. I didn't realize the assembly was bare metal and not painted. It appears to be painted black in the photo. Thankfully it was an item that could be abused. One end of the accelerator assembly was sticking out of a torn hole in the side of the shipping box and the other end of the box was crushed inward significantly. UPS certainly wasn't too careful during transport, but it wasn't damaged so no harm no foul. You might want to tape packing around it inside the box.
