  Shipping time was fine, packaging was fine, it's technically as described, but intentionally says "untested" when it means the seller knows it doesn't work. The value was misleading because of the controller being unclean and not working because batteries aren't included. I would hope Ebay does something about sellers listing non-functioning items as "untested" in the future. Please consider my grievances for future reference. Thank you.
