  The item came quickly. It was in a sealed package but it had some factory defects. I emailed the seller with pictures and they emailed me back within 10 to 20 minutes with a solution that I was happy with. I will do business with this company again if I need something they have.

  The item that I received was as it is pictured in the seller's ebay posting, it was in its original packaging in like new condition. The item arrived within the time frame stated at the time of purchase. I had to return the item and my request to do so was immediate and hassle free and I like that. I was provided with a no hassle return label that the post office was able to easily access and print, I like that too. All in all the experience was pleasant and I really like that.

  This purchase is ONLY for 2 fork bushings only. The picture does not show 2, nor does it show in description. However the buyer may return item if not satisfied. Fork bushings get replaced at one time. I saw 4 in the picture and no quantities in description. So ask questions if you are not sure what you are buying. Delivery was quick. The 2 bushings were in a sealed plastic bag in a very lg. envelope. They could have gotten damaged in shipping easily. Should be in a box and packing material.

  When I ordered the item it stated it was for front and rear. When it arrived it was only the front. I messaged the company and they admitted it was a fault of their own with the add but refused to send me the rear without paying an additional amount! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

  The James Gasket 35150-52 Oil Seal Retainer Kit was new, just as described. It was shipped lightning fast and arrived two days after the order was placed. It was packaged well in a bubble wrap envelope. Another business I bought one from just put it in an envelope and it got damaged. You won over my business. Thank you.

  When I placed my order I assumed it would take about 7 to 10 days to receive it. To my surprise I had it in about 3 days. That is excellent customer service! It was exactly what I ordered and was packaged to protect the items inside. Grest job by the seller and I'm sure I will be doing business with them again! You guys rock!
