    The seller responded quickly to my question, and the shipping was incredibly fast. I received my shaft in less than three days, which is impressive, especially considering it was coming from Japan! I would definitely buy from this seller again!

    This was packed EXTREMELY well, and I liked that it came with new batteries. Shipping was fast! The only hiccup: despite the listing claiming the device was operational, the buttons didn't work when I received it. I don't think that the seller meant to mislead, and I wasn't too worried as they have a great return policy. The issue was a little dust under the buttons, which could have gotten in during packing/transit. Was a very easy fix. Now it works perfectly! Happy with my purchase!
