  Was sent one shoe without a sole insert as well as shoes came with minor imperfections (scuffs) suggesting they were used. Item was described as new in box. Seller would/could not ship the needed insert and was going to charge restocking fee upon return. We agreed for partial refund however k then had to go and purchase a sole insert for the shoe. More hassle than desired. Again, item not as described.

  After receiving the message regarding a missing insole, we carefully reviewed the situation. Please note that this item was sold as "New in Box," and our pre-shipment inspection confirmed the pristine condition. The photographs provided subsequently indicated the shoes had been used and were no longer in the original condition. Despite this, and in our commitment to providing excellent customer service, we offered a goodwill credit of 40% off the item's purchase price.
