  Item as described but it was the service that excelled. The package wasn't delivered as stated and so I contacted the seller. It ask bevan a mystery when postie confessed to putting through wrong letterbox, the problem being that the house was empty!I relayed this to the seller just so they knew I had traced it. Amazingly they sent another pack of cartridges free of charge! That is amazing service and much appreciated

  Value for money. New. But seller let down by poor delivery performance by Royal Mail and no tracking. Finally delivered 6 days late. Seller did offer to resend so can't fault them for that

  Pen exactly as described, so good to be the first person to use this superb writing instrument. Beautifully presented and packaged by the seller. Free postage was great too as was the asking price.
