  they told me that part of the box had gotten wet because of a storm & asked which box I wanted it shipped in. I didn't care as they knew the condition of the box. Also said they would reimburse me if I preferred. I thought it was really nice that they did that. I do wish I had gotten the My Pillow shoebox as I keep the shoes in it, but I told them to do whichever they thought was best. But was very satisfied as they had wrapped the shoes in plastic bags, so they were safe. Very smart!
