  Excellent in every respect! This was the most conscientious and professional seller ever! POLMIND worked with me for weeks, communicating back and forth with pics of my appliance until sure I had the right part. New part quickly arrived and is much better quality than the original piece!   THE MOST AMAZING PACKAGING THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I AM SAVING THE SHIPPING CONTAINER THAT APPARENTLY WAS CUSTOM MADE TO FIT! Shipping was excellent. Slide rule was as described and in very good condition except the graduations over the full length of the slide do not perfectly match with the fixed part of the scale. It is still very usable to two decimal places. The seller's communication in answer to my concerns about USPS treatment was very good and encouraging so we would not worry!

  Very pleased great communication, and in fact, seller saved the day allowing us to be able to use a brand new Black & Decker portable AC unit that shipped without a hose inlet part. This Ebay seller was the only source anywhere and also the only one knowledgable about the issue. The part is sturdy and looks like OEM part. Appreciate it very much since this Ac unit is for a 93 senior. Thanks.

  I want provide my sincerest thanks to this seller. My Honeywell AC unit has been sitting USELESS due to my not having the correct connector for the back of the unit. I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and he wrote back providing a thorough explanation of the exact one I needed. He provided the item number for me to paste into the search engine and I ordered the part! Immediately upon arrival, I took it to the unit and it was a perfect fit!
