  Excellent in every respect! This was the most conscientious and professional seller ever! POLMIND worked with me for weeks, communicating back and forth with pics of my appliance until sure I had the right part. New part quickly arrived and is much better quality than the original piece! It was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Appearance was perfect and value was unmatched! This was such a great eBay experience: best customer service I’ve had yet.   I want provide my sincerest thanks to this seller. My Honeywell AC unit has been sitting USELESS due to my not having the correct connector for the back of the unit. I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and he wrote back providing a thorough explanation of the exact one I needed. He provided the item number for me to paste into the search engine and I ordered the part! Immediately upon arrival, I took it to the unit and it was a perfect fit!
