this was a good part at a good price we ordered this fan for a customer they picked it up from us on friday brought it back monday wanted money back got the box dirty i ran them off i thank polemotor for refunding our money i appreciate the way they have treated us they are good people

Seller lacks communication. Fails to answer anything about the item the doesn't ship the item in time for the delivery date given. Delivery date was 9th and I have not received item and seller has not answered. And won't answer refund request.
