  shipped quickly, clock was broken during shipping..but was packaged ok, not quite as described since it was broke, -seller worked with me to resolve -he provided a partial refund so that I would not have to return a broke clock. thank you for all your positive communication!

  Arrived a bit later than desired, but once shipped arrived within a few days. Was packed very well. Box had a small fingure puncture, but it's not big enough to be an issue.

  Overall a great experience. Item showed up on time and in great condition with the exception of the carrying case, which was so old it had deteriorated a bit in shipping and left a dust across everything. That's not a fault of the seller, but a better description would have been appreciated. Thanks for the item and great buyer experience.
