    Two cards in penny sleeves wrapped in a piece of paper in a PWE. Not the greatest shipping but not the worst I've seen either. No spare top loaders I guess...

    Quality is good, as well as the condition. I would say the value is typical. Everything appears to be looking good. The way it was shipped was iffy, luckily it arrived in good condition. Was in a plastic sleeve wrapped in two papers.
