    Thank you. Part, price and shipping five stars. Arrived quickly, well packaged. Immediate troubles with installation. I am as familiar with computers as I am with Marilyn Monroe. Related the problem to the seller. Reply was immediate and friendly and with a troubleshooting protocol and with appropriate BIOS settings for the machine(s) I was saving from the dump. A top-ten eBay seller. Thank you.

    Received 2 SATA DVD burners today. No damage to package. Initially, I received something I did not order, but podnik immediately took care of this.     I had a fantastic experience with this seller! I ordered a hard drive that was supposed to have Windows 11, but it initially arrived with Windows 7. The seller was incredibly helpful and responsive—they quickly arranged a hassle-free return and sent me a correct replacement with Windows 11 as promised.     Still yet to receive the item due to the fact the seller hasn’t brought it to the post office after a week. When I contacted I was met with some copy and paste employee filling up the message log with everything but a solid answer. When your item description says 1 business to get it shipped you should probably stand by that. Hopefully the item shows as described, because based off of previous reviews I’m already starting to worry. Would definitely recommend any other seller over podnik.
