    Bottle was rolled up in bubble mailer and mailed in a seperate bubble mailer. It arrived with the cap shattered and the liquid throughout the wrapped packaging. The main issue is the seller won't respond to messages or refund request after 24 hours. I'd like to positively update my review but can't recommend this seller.

    They actually forgot to ship these with my order but I’m still giving them 5 stars because they responded to my email very quickly, were very apologetic and said they’d ship them out immediately. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

    Item was as described. Seller was great, the reason for my 5 stars, but the USPS delivery was a bit long. Item was purchased on Oct 6th, received by USPS on Oct 8th and was scheduled to be delivered by Oct 15th. It only arrived on Oct 20th.

    I ordered 3 of the mini-pellet cichlid food but was sent only 1 of the medium pellet. I reached out to the seller a couple of times to see how to resolve this issue, but it wasn't until I contacted ebay and submitted a "return request" that the seller replied back to me. The seller then apologized for the error and gave me a refund. They asked that I place a new order, which I did. The follow-up order was received as expected.
