    The phone is exactly as described, actually even better they put a free tempered glass screen protector on it. The value for the money is outstanding. The seller is 5 stars. It is probably one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve had on eBay. The shipping was fast. The packaging was phenomenal!! I would highly recommend this seller and trust their products. I would buy from them again should the need arise.

    I had no problems with the seller. My only problem was with the USPS. 9 days priority mail shipping is stupid. But I expect nothing less from the USPS. The phone was new in the box as described. Thanks.

    Item as described. My grievance lies with the seller. The seller tried to place stipulations on the 30-day guarantee. The seller didn't believe I'd be able to activate the phone under my provider and told me they'd rather not ship the item because return shipping isn't cheap. I felt it was a question of my intelligence as if I didn't do my due diligence. It worked btw. I'm giving the seller the benefit of the doubt that they were looking out for me. Hence, neutral opposed to negative feedback.
