  Arrived in super quick time was professionally packaged wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and polystyrene chips it was as described infact the photographs didn't show what an exquisite and substantial piece of Royal Copenhagen this is it was certainly value for money thank you for the reduction in the postage another quality purchase from this seller thank you again Phil

  After a problem caused by entirely by Royal Mail, the seller kindly stuck with me and eventually when the item was returned to him, he immediately resent it on to me again. Item thoughtfully wrapped and arrived in great condition. Love it . Always replied to my messages throughout the 4 weeks. 🙄 Wouldn’t hesitate to use this seller again .

  Well packed as described value for money but he was damaged in delivery not the sellers fault wen i informed the seller he was very understanding and offered me 50% discount whi h was lovly of him very nice seller very honest very helpfull and i would buy from him again really nice seller

  Service product & dispatch time were brilliant can not be faulted hence the positive feedback back 5 star, now lets get to postage cost despite asking for combined as I bought 2 items at the same time (no answer or combined postage refund) and yes they were sent together wrapped fine no issues there but £30 for a Royal Mail 48hr tracked service that would have cost you under £4. You could hand delivered them for that cost persoally I think that is awful

  A truly beautiful Moorcroft plaque! Gorgeous hummingbirds depicted. Very well packed. However, I am unhappy with eBay's Global Shipping process! Very slow in comparison to other shippers, and charges ridiculously expensive "brokerage" fees! Other well-known couriers/overseas shippers are much quicker and charge significantly less! A highly recommended seller - but try to avoid eBay's Global Shipping option!
