  First drive I received was locked and I wasn’t able to use it. I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive. Will be buying my drives from here forward.

  Accurate description, fast shipping, accurate shipping time estimates, more than adequate packaging, raid controller was in perfect condition when I received it, all items included, great value Great Seller, will save and buy from again. FYI, if you use this raid controller outside of an HP machine like I did, there is no way to plug in the BBU, and without it, the card disables the onboard cache.

  SATADOM disks arrived professionally packaged and in good condition. One of the drives had a weird issue with slowing down significantly when writing to some sectors, but the seller responded quickly, provided a return shipping label and even shipped an advanced replacement right away. Very satisfied with the interaction and will do business again! A+++++++++

  Waited till I could examine & test all drives - exactly as as described they are used & good condition and are working great! Fast shipping and beautifully packaged (as a former delivery driver, I can really appreciate). Great communication, they have answered my questions and followed up to make sure everything was working out. A+ seller, great prices, great product.   Seller called saying the item tested out as grade C on final inspection. They offered a refund and apologized. They called 1-2 days later and offered another drive (better brand, same specs). They asked if I wanted to refund or take this drive. Same price so 👍 Shipping was quick! I spent all day trying to get the drive to work, I thought it was DOA. I found a thing with shucked WD drives that you need to block power on pin 3. Now it's working perfectly. Long path but great price, great drive

  The drive was exactly what I needed. It was in perfect shape, and was packed nicely. The price was perfect for this drive.I needed a replacement for a drive in my array and it arrived sooner than expected. I would highly recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.
