  A company's true quality shines when issues arise, and I'm pleased to say this seller handled a recent problem exceptionally well. I received the wrong item, but after I contacted them, they resolved it within the same week. They promptly sent a return label, and as soon as I posted the incorrect item back, my correct order was dispatched. Thank you for the quick and efficient resolution!   This item was lost in the post,Royal Mail. When contacted the seller replied very quickly and offered a refund or replacement,I needed the item so I took the replacement and it arrived today. It is as itemised and so I give the seller 10 out of 10!
