  My second experience with PLPhilatelics is in all regards identical to the first. Perfectly packaged and delivered in a record time (ordered 4/1, received 4/3), the Souvenir Booklet is superb and as described. Reasonable pricing for a rather scarce item. I Cannot ask for more. Highly recommend this Seller.

  Gorgeous! Absolutely Gorgeous!! This Ryukyu Islands Cash Registration Envelope is beautiful. It looks like it is brand new just waiting to be used. Equally impressive is the Seller who sold this item for a great price. After collecting all of my purchases the Seller carefully stored each one in its own protective envelope and shipped all of them together saving me a fair amount in shipping fees.   Print arrived in condition described. Should have marked package to not bend, but the print survived being stuff in mailbox.
