    I started playtimepets with my wife after being on another big buying and selling platform however i didn't feel like i was connecting with my customer like i wanted to. In the brick and mortar store i have a connection with all the customers and i wanted that to be the experience people get when they Shop online with us. I felt i could make the online shopping experience as close as possible to being in the store with me. People have questions, they have concerns and sometimes there is a problem. When any of these occur people want someone to answer their questions or any issues not ignore them. I will always acknowledge your purchase and ship out the next day when possible. We take pride in people having a great experience shopping on ebay.

      I see why this seller only has 5 star reviews. I just received my order, which was clearly packed with care. Everything received is as described on the site. Everything is new, always my biggest fear with online purchases. I contacted the seller a couple of times and each time I received a very prompt friendly reply. I would definitely purchase again.

      Great value. My pup is happy! Just as described, the product was new, in original packaging, and exactly what I expected. Also the seller communicated with me when it shipped out. Overall 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I would buy from this seller again!

      Great seller! they reached out to me to let me know they had packed it up for shipping and was sending it out. I received it today, really fast ship. My cat is already playing with his new toy. He loves to bring in live lizards so this was the closest I could find to something that looked like his lizards. Not quite the same but it keeps him occupied for a while. I would highly recommend this seller and would definitely buy from them again.
