  All 8 cookie cutters/embossers as described. Great value for money. Speedy postage. Packaging that cutters/embossers were in was a bit tatty, but, didn’t really matter as the cutters/embossers were perfect.

  When the item first arrived it was broken and the parcel looked like it had been run over, I fully believe this was done by the delivery company. I got in touch with this seller and they had a new one shipped out to me within a couple of days, and said I could keep the broken one they even gave me an idea that once I’d cleaned it I could loop a ribbon through and use it as a bauble. Great service!

  Excellent quality, value and appearance. Arrived in perfect condition. This seller, with special mention to Dianne in Customer Service, went above and beyond to fulfil my Order, due to stock issue. These badges are to be worn in honour at a funeral of a relative. The customer service given by Dianne on behalf of company was exceptional. 5 Stars all round. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

  I only realised after placing the order that when I changed my address with ebay it wouldn't change for the orders I'd placed this being 1 item. All were messaged but this seller is the only person I had any problems with. All my other items were returned to sender and they all received them back apart from this one. I contacted the seller and he said the tracking message said they hadn't got it back even though they were told I had spoken to royal mail and it had returned 2 sender. No refund.

  This item was returned to us because the incorrect address was provided, and unfortunately, it did not successfully return. To ensure our customer's satisfaction, we sent out a replacement free of charge and requested the removal of the negative feedback, which the buyer initially agreed to. However, despite our efforts, the buyer chose to ignore our request to revise the feedback within the agreed timeframe. We are committed to meeting our customers' needs and will do going forward.
