    When the item first arrived it was broken and the parcel looked like it had been run over, I fully believe this was done by the delivery company. I got in touch with this seller and they had a new one shipped out to me within a couple of days, and said I could keep the broken one they even gave me an idea that once I’d cleaned it I could loop a ribbon through and use it as a bauble. Great service!

This seller, with special mention to Dianne in Customer Service, went above and beyond to fulfil my Order, due to stock issue. These badges are to be worn in honour at a funeral of a relative.
