  The plush came in its original plastic wrap, as described and shown. The package unfortunately went on a journey and got delayed by nine days, which was not the seller's fault at all, obviously! I reached out to them to let them know I'd put in an inquiry with USPS, and they told me to let them know if there was anything I needed from them. My new friend did arrive, thankfully! And I paid much less than I would have if I'd bought from Big Games' website. Good value for what I paid!

  Not as described but seller communication was excellent. Partial refund sent eight away for more than expecting. Fast shipping with excellent packaging. Would buy from again simply because of seller communication.
