    Absolutely first rate customer service: questions about the mouthpiece were answered quickly and with dead-on accuracy; a tracking # was issued, and I was kept apprised of any delays. The mouthpiece was packed safely and securely, which is how it arrived. While I'm not sure it's right for me, that's a personal thing. There is nothing about it that wasn't described. It's too soon to know, anyway. I have to try different reeds and ligatures; experiment, and just live with it a while! THANK YOU!

    This truly is a first rate seller. The item that I ordered, a shoulder rest, did not appear to be moving through the USPS postal system, but the seller promptly contacted USPS and the issue was very quickly resolved, and I have now received my shoulder rest. It is in excellent condition, good value and of high quality. Thank you!

    Initially I received the wrong item, but when I contacted the seller they apologized, and they immediately issued a postage paid label to return it and then mailed the correct item to me. The Post Office was taking a LONG time to process the replacement package (it sat at the facility for a week!), but the seller contacted them and it got moving and I then received it in a timely fashion. Thank goodness the seller always provided me with a tracking number! GREAT communication & customer service!

    Item exactly as described. New condition. Fair price for the item. However, item was ten days in shipment, which is a long time for a tiny little item in USPS to only come this far.
