    The item I received was not the same as the one advertised in the auction. I contacted the seller and WITHOUT hesitation, he refunded all of the money I had spent. As far as the purchase agreement, the seller was excellent as far as making the customer happy with a great communication chain and without question, refunding funds when the wrong item arrived. I can say that I would purchase from him again, however the occasion i needed the flag has past. We will see on the next possible purchase.
