  I ordered 3 items but only 2 were delivered. Contacted supplier and the missing item was promptly mailed to me after they apologised for the error. Good customer service recovery.

  I have tried to get a response (by email) from you but there has been nothing back. So as pointed out in the first email, the deal was the same price + quantity of items as before. You have sent only one item and not four as advertised. I now give notice of 24 hrs for you to contact me and resolve this issue or I proceed to negative feedback and raise a dispute through eBay.

  Really pleased with communication with the seller and I don't think I have ever bought anything before that was sent off so quickly. Royal Mail don't operate with the same speed and efficiency sadly but I would definitely buy from this seller again.
