    The item received was exactly as shown and described by the seller - a Hobbymaster factory sealed model. Communication was absolutely first rate and could not be faulted in any way. The seller took great care and time to ensure that the model was exceptionally well packaged. I was most impressed with the care taken. The item was promptly dispatched and arrived in pristine condition on time. I could ask for nothing more. Seller is a credit to eBay. Hope to do business again in the future.

    This is an absolutely perfect model of a Blackburn Buccaneer in the box as if I was the first person to open it. Within an hour of my purchase Ruth had contacted me to thank me for my business. She then updated me when the item had been posted. When it arrived you could see the attention to detail that had gone into the packing. This is what good retailing is all about. Thanks Ruth.

    Fantastic ebayer, great communication, item posted straight away after I had paid for it and was delivered very quickly.
