  Purchased for Twyford "Encore" close coupled cistern & pan. Asked seller if item compatible and received quick response which was helpful but not decisive. However I can confirm that this item IS COMPTIBLE with the "Encore". Twyford site does not give this info! Note that fitting it is slightly complex (I am not a plumber) however it has many useful adjustment options detailed in the included excellent fitting instructions. By the way delivery very timely. Would recommend this seller.
