  came exactly as stated in the description! order was shipped within 10 days of purchasing and was delivered directly to my door in 3 days. the monster deluxe dvd came brand new with the packaging still on and is great! very high quality product and im very excited to enjoy. thank you for the great service! amazing!

  I used the wrong address and seller was understanding and very patient. The box came pretty beat up but he packed it very well that the items were undamaged and came in perfect condition

  This item was last one for sale (anywhere); price was high shipping was immediately. Then received email that "brand new sealed box" item was defective when inspected by shipping. I asked how defect was found in "new sealed box item" and what was defect as I might take anyway. Emailed back "item was discarded due to defect". Responded I did not believe them; they need item for refund from manufacturer. They canceled order. Next I see is another one for sale at a much higher price. Ripoff.
