  The item was in new packaging and perfectly described. It was shipped quickly and very well packaged. The item is beautiful. Delivery was fast and came earlier than expected.   The seller responded very quickly to my issue and refunded my purchase and shipping cost before I had a chance to tell her that I was able to fix the hat with help from Google. Steam and heat can be used on paper straw hats to reshape them. I learned something and I thank the seller and will gladly do business with them again.
