  I had some shipping issues but when I asked the seller for help they provided very helpful advice and helped it get to me so even while it was slightly behind (like 2 weeks) this seller is a good person and the product was packaged very well :3 overall I recommend.

  What a fantastic seller. Communication at every step of the way. Item arrived in 4 days over a weekend no less, from Japan to Oregon. The item was so well packaged I was genuinely impressed. The thank you card and tea as a gift was a pleasant surprise. I love Japanese tea by the way, and drink it daily. Thank you!

  Card was packaged securely and arrived in its described condition! Note that it did require signature and I wasn't home but not a problem as I was able to pick it up at the post office. Good seller would buy from again!
