  I had some shipping issues but when I asked the seller for help they provided very helpful advice and helped it get to me so even while it was slightly behind (like 2 weeks) this seller is a good person and the product was packaged very well :3 overall I recommend.

  What a fantastic seller. Communication at every step of the way. Item arrived in 4 days over a weekend no less, from Japan to Oregon. The item was so well packaged I was genuinely impressed. The thank you card and tea as a gift was a pleasant surprise. I love Japanese tea by the way, and drink it daily. Thank you!

  Card was packaged securely and arrived in its described condition! Note that it did require signature and I wasn't home but not a problem as I was able to pick it up at the post office. Good seller would buy from again!

  The package came in the exact condition as expected of brand new. Due to where I live, shipping is never easy but having a seller communicate changes and apologize for how long it would take, it was a new type of customer service provided.
