    Shipping and packaging was fine, item as described somewhat, value not worth the time, or money. Item was defective and never mentioned in the description. And not just a small defect. The seller took no responsibility for the inconvenience and misrepresented the product. The shoes should just be thrown away. I was able to return for a refund but had to pay out of pocket more than half of what the shoes would have been worth if not defective in the first place! Buyers beware!

    Ervin, you and I had a wonderful conversation back & forth. You originally reported the shoes didn't fit and you'd like to return them. You then had additional complaints about the shoes. I communicated with you about the "defects" and we seemed to have an understanding. The photos in the listing had close-up of the "defects". You were provided a full refund, with no questions asked. You chose to purchase your own return label, instead of using ebay's, and payed way more than you needed too.
