  Item arrived sooner than expected and very well packaged. I did encounter one issue that necessitated the need to contact the seller. Conversing with the seller and the means in which he remedied the situation was actually the best part of this transaction. So much so that I immediately placed another order and also placed pilot-mjap on my preferred seller list shared with only two others.   What an excellent seller, the statue broke while packaging it up for shipping, they notified me right away and let me know.. They refunded me and shipped it anyways.. And they didnt have to do that, but they did because they are great people! The kind of sellers Ebay needs more of, I will buy more from their ebay store...

  I am extremely pleased with this silverware. The actual items are in even better condition than I expected from the pictures. They were very safely packaged and arrived even before the estimated delivery date. The enclosed letter made the transaction feel like I had gone into an actual shop and bought the items in person. I would definitely recommend this seller.
