    Purchased item for a great price but when they were being prepared to ship seller messaged me and said that they were a woman's size 11 instead of a man's that they had been advertised at. I canceled the item because I needed a man's 11. I later looked and they were relisted as a man's 11 but for a higher price. I was issued a refund

    Hello, we are sorry that we did not have your size in stock and that the original listing was incorrect. If you look at our sold listings you will see that the item was re-listed and sold as a women's size 11. The price was increased $10 as the size was more valuable but still not the men's size 11 that you needed unfortunately or we would have certainly honored the sale.
