  I would like to share my experience with this seller. The original item I received was defective from the manufacturer. I reached out to this seller and let them know the unit was not working. They responded quickly to my message and had a replacement unit sent to me. I had to wait a little longer to get my pre-amp installed but over all I feel the experience was good, the product works as it should, and it looks great on my guitar. This seller is professional and provides quality service.

  I received the helmet earlier than promised, kudos for getting it out quickly. I like to mention that the packaging was very good and didn't have any real blatant identifying things one it. I like it because it may not encourage porch pirates. The helmet itself fit almost perfectly right out of the box and has a "real feel". I really like this product.
