    Item was late shipping so advised EBAY to cancel purchase. Was too late to cancel according to EBAY. Seller advised that they were unable to send refund as there was a problem with EBAY. Refund was finally sent, and order was closed. Seller appeared to be very honest and caring, am satisfied with seller.

    Was not able to get the item sent to my P.O. Box, and had it delivered to a family members address instead. I initially thought the package may have gotten lost and asked what kind of packaging the book was in. I was told that it was a mailer, but it was a flattened box stapled shut. I am so glad that I was able to find the package in the end! Note to self: try a little harder to get an item of interest sent to my P.O. Box to eliminate stress. 😅
