  Ordered 2 weeks ago, after over a week of waiting, messaged supplier and they said my item was "lost" and would send another one out via tracked 24 and would receive in 2 days. Item was sent and was told 5-7 days, had to message yet again to ask where was the tracking. Finally its arrived today 2 weeks on, the light is beautiful but the whole ordeal has put us on hold for our daughters bedroom suprise, spent most of it waiting around for replies, for this reason I wouldn't use them again
