    Great seller - promptly replied to all of my inquiries, issued credit for combined (actual) shipping cost of four items purchased, carefully packed, promptly shipped and issued (without argument) an additional credit for post office caused shipping damage. Hard to find sellers as good as these.

    Shipping was slow, however seller did note they would not be available for a time (vacation?), packaging was fine, item was as described (lovely piece!) and value for purchase. Would use again. Thanks!
