  Smooth transaction! Great prices! Just wished the item was a little more secured & protected while shipping. It had airbags, but the actual box was still a bit loose inside the shipping box. Wrapping it with bubble wrap might help fill the gaps & stop any movement Just worries me a bit because the UPS driver just tossed the package onto my concrete door step. The box doesn't say "Fragile," so they might've been rough while handling it through transit. Product still appears to be fine though.

  Although I had to wait a little longer than I expected for the item to get shipped out, once it was shipped it got here very quick! They're high quality and definitely authentic, and they're in amazing condition! The box was even opened for confirmation from the bottom, so I could still tear the tab myself! Their details and appearance are clean and smooth, and I'd say they were worth the money I spent! The seller was also super kind and always responded quickly!

  I bought the Nezha and Ao Bing figurines from this seller, but due to a Pop Mart inventory issue, the seller kindly informed me and offered a refund or to wait. I chose to wait, and he even sent a free gift ahead of time as a thank-you! Such a nice and thoughtful gesture. Today, I finally received both figurines! They look awesome and I absolutely love them.   Package arrived safely and well packaged. Item was in great condition for being labeled "used" frankly well taken care of for its age and model. Price paid was reasonable and fair, especially for shipping. Will look again at seller to purchase another camera. Thank you.
