  The item was very well packed and arrived very promptly. The postage was very reasonable for this size of item. The condition of the DAC was spotless - exactly as per the description and photos. Unfortunately I just couldn't get any sound out of the item. The Seller was very helpful answering questions and also rang me. Still no sound. I reluctantly returned the unit. It is working fine so some sort of error on my part, or a compatibility Issue. But first class seller throughout, now saved!

  The amp came in perfect cosmetic condition and working order, with all accessories, professionally packed in the original box. Everything was exactly as described (even better actually). The shipping was very prompt and the seller responded almost immediately to any questions that I had. This is a 5 star seller and is highly recommended.

  Although the seller was away on holiday when I initially made the purchase he made detailed communication with me and assured me that the very high quality item would be posted asap. This is exactly what happened. I couldn’t be more delighted with the value of it. When it arrived it was extremely well packaged and professionally presented, exactly as described. My apologies to keep him waiting for this feedback, but I have been so busy using the headphones that I literally lost track of time

  Thanks. Only just got my hands on the speaker yesterday. Seller allowed me have a friend collect (collection only due to size) and went out of his way to assist in the process. When eventually I had packed and onward delivered to me, exactly as described. A highly reccommended ebayer.
