    Avoid at all costs would be my suggestion. I purchased a Oral B tooth flosser as advertised in the liarinf. What I received was a non branded copy item. I asked for a refund and have spent weeks getting fobbed off with discounts. Eventually they sent me a prepaid returns label only for the item to go missing in the post. (or so they said). Eventually Ebay stepped in and I have now received a full refund. but it has taken 3-4 weeks. Shocking service and copy items! Avoid if you can.
