  I placed an order with Phoenix shop and it was promptly delivered. Unfortunately the product sent was not as per the photo and condition not as described, so I contacted them with my issue. They were apologetic and I had the option of a reduction in price and a 10% future discount or a full refund including postage on returning the product. The issue has been resolved very quickly by Phoenix. I cannot fault their customer service which I rate as 5 star. The product now 4 star due to new price.
